Please read these terms carefully. By booking and paying for a session, you agree to everything below.

Services

I offer private, one-on-one yoga sessions in your home or chosen space. Sessions are personalized to your goals and taught with verbal guidance only. I do not use physical, hands-on adjustments. I will guide you with spoken cues, and you move your own body at your own pace and within your own limits.

Assumption of risk

Yoga and physical movement carry inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. You understand this and choose to participate voluntarily. You are responsible for listening to your body, working within your own limits, and stopping or resting whenever you need to.

Your health

By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part in yoga and movement. You agree to tell me about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations before we begin, and to keep me informed of any changes. If you have any concern about your ability to participate safely, please consult your doctor before our first session.

My sessions are not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Nothing I offer replaces the advice of a licensed medical or mental health professional.

Release of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release me, Priscilla Zorrilla, and In The Search Bar, LLC, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in a session, including any injury, loss, or harm, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You accept responsibility for your own participation and wellbeing during our work together.

Your space

Because sessions take place in your home or chosen location, you agree to provide a safe, clean, and clear space with enough room to practice. I will treat your space and belongings with care and respect.

Payment

Sessions are paid in full in advance, at the time of booking, through Stripe. A session is confirmed once payment is received.

Cancellation and rescheduling

At least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, and missed sessions, are charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens, and I will always do my best to be flexible when I reasonably can.

Confidentiality

Anything you share with me stays private. I hold what happens in our sessions, and anything personal you share, in confidence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
