I create space for people to open up, tell the truth, and hear themselves clearly. My work is grounded in presence, deep listening, and powerful questions that help you reconnect with what you already know.
As a certified holistic coach, I work across the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual layers of self. Clients often tell me that what feels most different is how safe and understood they feel, which allows real clarity to emerge.

Think of coaching as a forward-focused partnership designed to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be.
Coaching is not therapy. Therapy focuses on the coping chapter of life and healing from past trauma. It often explores why whereas coaching is about activating your what now and what’s next.
That said, therapy and coaching can beautifully complement one another. Most of my clients work with both a coach and a therapist which allows for deep reflection and empowered action.

I offer private coaching in structured containers designed for intentional, ongoing work. Options include 8-week and 12-week containers, meeting weekly for 45 minutes. Best suited for clients who want space to explore their inner world, build self-trust, and move forward in deep alignment.
