Practices are ways of returning to ourselves in real time.

This page lists practices that are frequently referenced across the Library. They support awareness, regulation, and self-connection, especially during moments of uncertainty, override, or inner conflict.

These aren't meant to be performed or perfected. They're simple entry points for noticing what's happening inside and staying present with it long enough for clarity to emerge.

You don't need to use any of these to benefit from the Library. They're optional supports, and many people find them deeply helpful.
