By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing our website or purchasing AI coaching services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use our website or services.

2. AI Coaching Services

2.1 Service Description

Our AI coaching services provide on-demand, voice-based coaching sessions powered by artificial intelligence. Sessions are designed to support personal growth, self-reflection, and decision-making aligned with ICF coaching methodology and self-loyalty frameworks.

Session Duration: All AI coaching sessions have a 30-minute time limit, enforced automatically by the platform. Sessions will end at the 30-minute mark regardless of where you are in the conversation.

2.2 What AI Coaching Is NOT

AI coaching is not and should never be used as a substitute for:

  • Therapy or mental health treatment

  • Medical advice or diagnosis

  • Crisis intervention or emergency services

  • Professional counseling or clinical care

  • Human coaching services

AI coaching does not treat, diagnose, or manage mental health conditions, medical issues, or psychological disorders.

2.3 Crisis Disclaimer

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency situation, do not use this service. Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911 immediately.

Our AI coaching platform is not designed to handle crisis situations, emergencies, or severe mental health episodes. The AI coach cannot provide emergency intervention, contact authorities on your behalf, or ensure your immediate safety.

By using AI coaching services, you acknowledge that you are not in crisis and agree to seek appropriate professional help if your situation becomes urgent or dangerous.

2.4 AI Technology and Limitations

Our AI coaching services are powered by artificial intelligence technology, including voice AI, language models, and automated systems. AI systems may make mistakes, provide inaccurate information, or fail to understand context.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may contain errors or misinterpretations

  • The AI coach does not have memory of past sessions and cannot track your progress over time

  • Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions may occur

  • AI coaching results are not guaranteed and may vary by individual

  • You are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any guidance or reflections provided during sessions

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or outcomes of AI coaching sessions.

2.5 Session Packages and Pricing

AI coaching is available in the following formats:

Single Session (One-Time Purchase)

  • 1 coaching session

  • Expires 30 days from purchase

  • Non-recurring

  • No refund after session is used

3-Session Package (Monthly Subscription)

  • 3 coaching sessions per month

  • Recurring monthly billing

  • Sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle

  • Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month

5-Session Package (Monthly Subscription)

  • 5 coaching sessions per month

  • Recurring monthly billing

  • Sessions reset at the start of each billing cycle

  • Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month

All pricing is listed on our website and processed through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with notice.

2.6 Cancellation and Refunds

Single Session (One-Time Purchase):

  • Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if the session has not been used

  • Once you access a session, no refund will be provided

  • Sessions expire 30 days from purchase date

Subscription Packages:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • Unused sessions remain available through the end of your current billing cycle

  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused sessions

  • Sessions reset monthly and do not carry over between billing cycles

No refunds will be issued after a session has been accessed or if sessions expire unused.

2.7 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing AI coaching services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected package. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

Subscription packages will renew automatically each month unless canceled. You will be charged on the same day each month based on your original purchase date.

3. Human Coaching Services

3.1 Cancellation Policy

Human coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled session start time with no penalty.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session start time will result in a forfeited session. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late cancellations.

3.2 Scope of Human Coaching

Human coaching services are provided by Priscilla Zorrilla, an ICF-certified coach. Coaching is a collaborative process focused on personal growth, clarity, and goal-setting. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

4. General Website Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use our website to:

  • Access and read educational content, articles, and resources

  • Download digital materials we make available

  • Sign up for email communications

  • Purchase coaching services

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use our website for any illegal purpose

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website or services

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our content

  • Share login credentials or access sessions on behalf of others

4.3 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including articles, frameworks, guides, digital downloads, images, and branding, is owned by In The Search Bar and protected by copyright law.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content

  • Use our frameworks or materials in commercial offerings without permission

  • Remove copyright notices or claim ownership of our work

You may share links to our content and reference our work with proper attribution.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service

  • Accuracy or completeness of content

  • Specific results or outcomes from coaching

  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

  • Protection from technical issues, bugs, or downtime

You use our services at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In The Search Bar and its owner, Priscilla Zorrilla, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Emotional distress or harm

  • Decisions made based on coaching sessions

  • Technical failures or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is less.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless In The Search Bar, Priscilla Zorrilla, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Any content you submit or share through our platform

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policies:

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will take place in Orange County, Florida, or remotely via video conference.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any representative proceeding.

9.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of our services.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

  • Sending an email notification (for AI coaching subscribers)

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services and cancel any active subscriptions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Non-payment or payment disputes

  • Use of services in a manner that harms others or our platform

Upon termination:

  • Your access to AI coaching sessions will be revoked

  • No refunds will be provided for unused sessions or partial subscription periods

  • Any outstanding payments remain due

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and In The Search Bar regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
