On my inner work journey, one of my mentors, Courtney Bignoy (who holds a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology), encouraged me to take as many reputable assessments as I could find. She explained that each one would offer a new lens into how I think and operate, helping me discover myself from multiple angles and uncover patterns that reveal who I am more clearly.

I took that advice to heart, trusting the process. Over time, I learned heaps about myself—from my strengths and natural tendencies to the areas that needed more care and attention. Many of the insights overlapped across different tests, revealing patterns that helped me focus my inner work.

This practice deepened my self-knowledge. It became a way to track my growth—noticing when old weaknesses no longer showed up, or when familiar patterns resurfaced and called for another look. In a way, it became my personal guidance system.

Because this advice was so transformative for me, I’ve passed it along to others and now, I’m happy to share it with you :)
