THE PRACTICES
Alongside taking the assessments, I also began exploring different practices that helped me either uncover or work through my self-discovery. These practices became the tools I leaned on to support me in the uncovering, the release, or the change.
Some came from science and psychology. Others from yoga, mindfulness, or the intuitive realm. I explored them all, noticing which ones grounded me, supported healing, or brought me back to myself when things felt tender or uncertain.
Over time, a few became staples in my daily life—gentle anchors I return to again and again. They’ve helped me process, integrate, and grow in ways that feel steady and real.
Here are the practices that have had the greatest impact on my own inner work and self-discovery journey (in no particular order):
